For Private Use of Stake and Ward Facilities
The Riverton Stake facilities may be scheduled and used for appropriate family functions on an “as available” basis when the following reservation procedure is followed:
- FUNERALS and VIEWINGS: Funerals and Viewings have priority over scheduled events and may cause some prior reservations to be cancelled on short notice.
- There is no charge for use of church facilities.
- Facilities may not be used for business related activities.
- On the days of Stake Baptisms: These special days are natural invitations for our youth to feel the spirit of the occasion. To preserve the sacred nature of these events, we ask there be no other activities in the Stake Center.
- Family dinners/gatherings and other activities are not permitted on Sunday afternoons or evenings.
- We have been asked to avoid scheduling meetings on Sunday Evening. Like Monday Evenings, Sunday Evenings, should be regarded as Family Time. Exceptions should be coordinated with the Stake Executive Secretary.

KEYS: It is the responsibility of each person making a reservation to pick up and return keys from a bishopric member or the Building Schedule Coordinator before and after the building is used.
CLEANING: It is the responsibility of those who use a facility to be sure that all areas, including bathrooms and kitchen, are clean after your function. Church buildings must be left ready for Sunday worship following your use of the facility, regardless of the day it is used. Link to Post-Family Event Cleaning. PDF File to eMail
